Disconnect a provider

1. Sign in to JSL Command Mainframe.
2. Open Player account, then Connected accounts.
3. Select Disconnect beside TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, or another linked provider.
4. Confirm the disconnection. This removes the provider link without deleting the Mainframe account.

You may also revoke access in the connected provider’s own account settings.

Delete a Mainframe account

Use Delete account in Player account settings or email [email protected] from the address associated with the account. State that you want the Mainframe account deleted and include the player handle. We may request verification. Deletion removes or de-identifies account data except information that must be retained for security or legal obligations.

If you cannot sign in

Email the address above with the player handle and connected provider. Do not send a password or provider access token.
