Privacy Policy

JSL Command Mainframe provides shared accounts, preferences, media controls, feedback, and application access for independently deployed games and applications.
Information we process
- Account information you provide, such as username, password verifier, player handle, and display name.
- Connected-account identifiers supplied by an identity provider after you authorize sign-in.
- Security and service records, including session identifiers, timestamps, browser information, login outcomes, and abuse-prevention signals.
- Preferences and consent choices, such as theme, Help visibility, default application, and analytics permission.
- Feedback, screenshots you intentionally submit, gameplay events, scores, and challenge records.
Why we process it
We process necessary information to authenticate users, secure accounts, provide requested services, preserve preferences, operate games, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law. Optional experience analytics are processed only after an affirmative choice.
Connected services
If you choose TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, or another provider, that provider processes information under its own policy. Mainframe requests only the scopes shown during authorization. Login credentials entered on a provider page are not received by Mainframe. Publishing permissions, if offered later, require a separate explicit authorization.
Sharing and processors
Information may be processed by infrastructure, security, storage, analytics, and identity providers needed to operate the service. Cloudflare hosts the Mainframe service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Account and security records are retained while an account is active and for a limited period afterward when needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Optional analytics and feedback are retained only as long as useful for the stated purpose. One-time reset records expire automatically.
Your choices and rights
You may use the privacy controls in Mainframe to refuse optional analytics. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information. You may disconnect a linked provider without deleting your Mainframe account.
Children
The service is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their location. Do not create an account if you cannot lawfully consent.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed session tokens, and password verifiers. No system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
